We started with an on-site analysis and a survey in order to get closer to the inhabitants and know their needs and expectations. The analysis performed showed me the composition of the population in this neighborhood. It is an intergenerational group. It is a neighborhood where several generations live in coherence and stability.
Unity and multiplicity are the concepts of this project. This population presents a multitude of inter-communal profiles between them to compose a solid union.
So I finally chose to build an intergenerational center where the exchange takes place between the inhabitants. The functional program is very rich in activities. The central core presents the meeting space: it is a versatile space hosting events. Around this nucleus, 4 units are projected: Services, agriculture, Technology, Culture. These are the four main development activities of the company.
