Summary:

The 24 semi-collective dwellings of Gammarth is an exercise in a 3rd year architecture Lodge which closes the academic year. It is a set of 24 apartments (S + 1, S + 2, S + 3) grafted on a sloping site located in Gammarth Sup.

This project is presented in 12 units, each of which has two superimposed modules to follow the shape of the slope. In cascade, each module takes advantage of the roof of the one below as a terrace. It is a project that fits perfectly into the Mediteranian landscape of Gammarth. In order to create social relations between the inhabitants, we created common spaces in platform which connect the units.
